KH Series

The KH Series clamps are heavy-duty, fibre-glass reinforced polyamide clamps designed for trefoil formation of single- and multi-core cables indoors or outdoors — suitable for harsh environments (UV, ozone, oils, salts, chemicals, extremes of temperature).  They accommodate cable outer diameters from ≈ 59 mm up to 165 mm. 

They provide a dynamic short-circuit force resistance of 30,000 N, making them appropriate for installations with high fault current potential or multiple short-circuit events.  The clamps operate reliably in ambient temperatures down to −60 °C and continuous operation up to +120 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 220 °C. 

Installation uses standard metric-thread fasteners (M16 or M18 depending on clamp size), with recommended tightening torques: top part 8 Nm, bottom part 15 Nm.  The material is non-metallic, non-magnetic, self-extinguishing, low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH), recyclable, and resistant to corrosion and electromagnetic interference — so the clamp does not need additional coating or earthing.
