KS Series with factory fixed Elastic Inlays (EE)

The KS Series EE clamps are robust, fibreglass-reinforced polyamide clamps (non-metallic, UV-protected, self-extinguishing, low-smoke/zero-halogen) designed to secure single- and multi-core cables in trefoil or stacked configurations — suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.  They accept cable outer diameters from about 22 mm up to 43 mm when elastic inlays are used. 

With elastic inlays (made of ribbed EPDM), these clamps cushion cables — accommodating diameter fluctuations (due to load or temperature), absorbing vibration, protecting cable jackets, and improving cable fixation, especially for vertical installations or where axial restraint is needed. 

The clamps are rated for a dynamic short-circuit force resistance of 13,000 N, offering secure retention under high electrical stress, with material strength (tensile: 120 N/mm²; flexural: 210 N/mm²) and a wide operating temperature range from –60 °C to +120 °C (with short-term tolerance up to 220 °C). 

Installation is straightforward — no special tools required — with bottom-part tightening torque around 15 Nm and top part around 5 Nm. The large contact area ensures low surface pressure on cables, reducing risk of damage, and the design is suitable for harsh environments (UV, ozone, chemicals, extreme climate, etc.).
