KS-Tower Series with Adapter Set
The KS-Tower Series with Adapter Set is a non-metallic, fibreglass-reinforced polyamide clamp system for trefoil or stacked fastening of single- or multi-core cables, suitable for indoor or outdoor use under harsh environmental conditions (UV, ozone, oils, salts, chemical exposure, etc.). It covers cables with outer diameters from 25 mm to 46 mm. The material is flame-resistant (UL94 5VA / V-0 compliant), low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH), self-extinguishing, recyclable, non-magnetic and non-corrosive.
These clamps support long service life — more than 45 years of maintenance-free operation — with continuous operation from –60 °C up to +120 °C, and short-term tolerance up to 220 °C. Their mechanical specs include tensile strength of 120 N/mm² and flexural strength of 210 N/mm². Under fault conditions, the system offers a dynamic short-circuit force resistance of 10,000 N, giving secure restraint even under electrodynamic stress.
The “Tower + Adapter Set” design means each unit includes two full clamps plus a universal adapter set — enabling stacked or double-clamp configurations for efficient cable layout, especially when space or trefoil/stacked grouping is needed. Installation requires fastening screws (thread M10/M12) with tightening torques: bottom part ~ 15 Nm, other parts ~ 5 Nm.
