VR2 Series

The VR2 Series clamps are modular, fibreglass-reinforced polyamide (non-metallic, UV-protected, self-extinguishing, low-smoke/zero-halogen) clamps designed for variable, stacked or parallel fastening of single- or multi-core cables — with a flexible, dovetail-style design that lets you line up and stack individual clamp units to suit the application. 

They accommodate cable outer diameters from 12 mm up to 45 mm and provide a dynamic short-circuit force resistance of 10,000 N, with axial retention of 400 N.  Material strength is rated at tensile strength ~ 120 N/mm² and flexural strength ~ 210 N/mm², and the clamps are rated for environments from –60 °C up to +120 °C continuous operation (short-term up to 220 °C), with expected service life over 45 years. 

Because of the flexible modular design and ability to stack/arrange clamps vertically or horizontally, VR2 is useful when you need to fasten multiple cables in a compact or custom layout. Installation uses M12 screws, with tightening torques: bottom-part: 20 Nm, other parts: 8 Nm.
