RS Series

The RS Series are modular, fibreglass-reinforced polyamide block-clamps built for variable fastening of single- and multi-core cables — usable indoors or outdoors.  They support cable outer diameters from 12 mm up to 45 mm. 

The clamps are resistant to ultraviolet rays, ozone, mineral oils, fuels, salts, alkalis, hydrocarbons and many other environmental stressors; they’re self-extinguishing, low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH), non-corrosive, non-magnetic, fully recyclable — suitable for harsh, demanding environments. 

They are rated for continuous operation from –60 °C up to +120 °C (with short-term tolerance up to +220 °C), with tensile strength ~ 120 N/mm² and flexural strength ~ 210 N/mm².  The RS Series can handle a dynamic short-circuit force resistance of 10,000 N, and axial retention of 400 N, offering reliable performance under electrical-fault stress. 

Mounting uses metric-thread fasteners (e.g. M12 for the RS3 model), with tightening torque ~ 20 Nm for the bottom part and ~ 8 Nm for other parts — suitable for both parallel and stacked cable formations.
